Executive Leadership – Growth Path – Global P&L Owner

The TRG Growth Practice is currently engaged by a top client in the Global Manufacturing space looking to identify a Vice President, International Business (Executive Managing Director / P&L Owner Level) reporting into the C-Suite. This function will be focused on: P&L Performance, Commercial - Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Global Business Growth. Role is based in Germany with Global Travel International P&L Oversight. We are looking throughout Germany, all major metro markets acceptable.

This role will be a pivotal Leadership role in their Long-term Growth Initiative over the next 5-10yrs. We are looking for a Proven P&L / General Management Leader that can held drive Commercial Excellence, Business Performance, and Market Expansion at our client.

Well position already ($1B Global Revenue), we need an innovative leader that can help our client build an International home base in Europe to further accelerate their expansion and growth initiatives. Standing up COEs for them there to broaden the business and build stable roots throughout the EMEA and APAC regions.

Desired Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree (master’s degree Preferred)

· 10 Years of Experience in Manufacturing Industrial Leadership

· Proven P&L Management Experience

· Experience in Commercial Excellence Product Line Optimization
