Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Operations to join our executive team. This role is crucial in driving our operational strategy and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our business operations in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management, process improvement, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to support business growth and scalability.
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of all business processes.
Identify and target key areas for process improvement to enhance operational performance.
Utilize data analytics to track and optimize operational metrics.
Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform operational decisions.
Implement innovative strategies to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align operational strategies with business goals.
Coordinate with the HR team to ensure effective talent management and organizational development.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance.
Prepare detailed reports and present findings to the executive team.
Manage the operations budget efficiently to maximize ROI.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
8 years of experience in operations management roles, with a strong focus on the US market.
Proven experience in a senior leadership role, such as Director of Operations or VP of Operations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Ability to work from 6am to 3pm Pacific Time Zone Monday to Friday.
