What You Will Be Doing

Develop and launch new health- and food-related services enabled via supplemental benefits or direct payer contracts that improve lives of our customers and grow revenues. Services Program Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, piloting/testing, deploying, and monetizing new services offered through internal, vendor or partner solutions. This role will closely interact with Clinical Services, Point-Of-Sale and Ecommerce Product and Engineering, Pharmacy and Store Operations, Business Development, Health Partnerships, Procurement teams to implement new health, nutrition, and wellness solutions for ACI customers.

The Services Program Manager must have an extensive background in supplemental benefits (food, OTC, hearing, dental) and fintech implementations of benefit design related to supplemental benefits, including point-of-sale implementations and item/SKU-level filtering, clinical services, solid understanding of healthcare and retail operations, familiarity with healthcare financing and claims billing. The role must engage cross-functionally with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver short-term, periodic programs and new comprehensive services to complement the existing assortment of clinical, wellness, food, and financing solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify new ways to leverage existing assets and internal talent to promote revenue growth.
  • Identify, develop, pilot/test, deploy, and monetize new clinical and adjacent services, financing solutions or products to meet customer needs
  • Create business cases and calculate ROI to prioritize projects based on revenue and EBITDA and fit with strategy.
  • Lead or coordinate in-store and digital health events to grow direct or indirect revenues and drive engagement with our customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of new services and solutions, ensure appropriate change management

Develop relevant success metrics tracking to continuously measure customer adoption, satisfaction, and financial markers of success (revenue, profit)

The salary range is $102,700-$143,800 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications.

  • At least 6 years of experience in clinical operations, retail operations, or backstage projects supporting pharmacy or hospital operations
  • Experience with project planning, process mapping, budgeting, team management, risk analysis, and scenario planning, including analytical and ROI evaluation of business scenarios
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish strong relationships both internally and externally, including the ability to indirectly lead and manage others to achieve goals
  • Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Travel Requirements: Up to 25%.

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve complaints, inquiries and operational issues by influencing multiple stakeholders
