Senior Implementation Consultant - Dayforce

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Dayforce HCM Practice. This will be a fully remote opportunity.

Our client is looking for internal support to lead their projects from experienced professionals who understand their system at a module level.

• Lead WFM Consultant:The WFM Implementation Consultant participates in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support), under the direction of the Project Manager, and may lead one or more activities.
• Project responsibilities include; gathering customer requirements, configuring the Dayforce/Ceridian solution to meet documented customer requirements, setting and managing customer expectations, providing guidance to Associate Consultants, identifying risks and communicating issues to the Project Manager.
• The Consultant may also deliver Organizational Readiness consulting in support of Dayforce/Ceridian's Organizational Readiness toolkit.

Responsibilities:

• Document and validate customer's business requirements and map to Dayforce/Ceridian functionality
• Configure Dayforce/Ceridian application to meet customer's documented business requirements
• Conduct consulting sessions (on the phone and in-person) and document with meeting minutes
• Attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables
• Provide customers with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertise
• Work with customers to implement Dayforce/Ceridian Organizational Readiness best practices in preparation for rollout of the Dayforce/Ceridian solution

Requirements:

• Dayforce WFM/Time, HR Core with Entitlements experience
• 2 years' experience implementing and configuring the Dayforce WFM (HR Core, Time, Entitlements) module
• Client-facing skills; Excellent written skills for preparing detailed test cases and other documentation.

Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an immediate start, with an initial duration of at least 6 months, with the possibility of extending.

Level of Effort: Full-time (40 hours per week)
