About the Role:

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and proficient Sales and Marketing Specialist with experience in SaaS sales to enrich our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in crafting and executing high-impact marketing campaigns, as well as driving sales efforts to effectively generate leads and stimulate business expansion, particularly within the SaaS sector. This role demands a strategic thinker who can double as a brand emissary, engaging with customers and partners at events, and also willing to visit partners and potential partners in person to promote the myriad benefits of our integration platform.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Develop and implement lead-generating sales and marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including digital, social media, and events, with a focus on SaaS products.
  • Sales Initiatives: Drive sales efforts by identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and providing sales enablement throughout the prospect journey to assist in closing deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Partnership Cultivation: Actively seek and engage new partners for our partner program, using your industry connections and insights, particularly within the SaaS industry.
  • Event Participation & Field Visits: Represent DBSync at various industry events, conferences, and seminars, and be willing to visit partners and potential partners in person. Articulate the benefits of our SaaS integration solutions effectively.
  • Revenue Growth: Contribute to the company's revenue growth by developing strategies that convert leads into sales, identifying new revenue opportunities, and optimizing marketing campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business goals.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience of minimum 5 years in sales, preferably within the technology or SaaS domain.
  • In-depth knowledge of lead generation strategies and associated metrics.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in building and nurturing relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel for events and in-person partner visits.
  • Prior experience in SaaS marketing is highly advantageous.
