About The Role
iCapital is seeking a Relationship Manager to join our Education and Compliance Solutions team. This candidate will play a vital role in cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with our wealth management firm clients while understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressing concerns. This role involves effective client communication, contract renewal negotiations, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver high-quality service. This individual will also monitor account activity, investigate operational issues, identify opportunities, and strive to enhance the overall client experience. Strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a client-focused approach are essential for success in this role.
iCapital’s Education and Compliance Solution combines award-winning* foundational education and industry-leading investment product training with compliance-based workflows which empower financial firms and professionals to source, evaluate, transact, and monitor alternative investments from an extensive menu while fulfilling firm and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with wealth management firm clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
Implement, administer, and provide user training on the education and compliance solution for new and existing firms and advisers.
Maintain a solid understanding of platform functionality and limitations necessary to propose implementation strategies that effectively meet client objectives.
Work internally with other departments to ensure quick and satisfactory resolutions while managing client expectations.
Keep clients informed on platform updates, enhancements, and other relevant information
Generate, negotiate, and process client renewal contracts.
Identify opportunities with clients and introduce relevant solutions that drive deeper relationships.
Document client interactions, communications, and opportunities in Salesforce.
Qualifications
2-7 years of successful work experience in the wealth or asset management industry in a client facing capacity, preferably with alternative investments
Exceptional organizational and documentation skills
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent client service aptitude and attitude
Can multi-task across several clients and prioritize time sensitive items
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and calmly adapts to change when needed
Comfortable working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Salesforce
Alternative investments product and regulatory knowledge is a plus
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
