HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently seeking a Board-Certified experienced Psychiatrist, MD for a virtual outpatient team to join as a virtual / remote Psychiatric Supervisor. Enjoy working full-time from home working with a collaborative and well established tele-behavioral health team based out of New York. The Psychiatrist Supervisor, MD must be licensed in one of the following States to be considered: NY, NJ, CT, FL, MA.

• Psychiatrist will work FT, 40 hours per week, with paid lunch, and breaks
• Psychiatrist will provide direct patient services and provide clinical supervision for 6 PMHNPs
• Psychiatrist position is 70% direct service, 20% Admin, 10% documentation
• Psychiatrist works in collaboration with a NP supervisor, which oversees NPs days to day
• Psychiatrist participates in 3 paid weekly meetings
• Psychiatrist joins a companywide collaboration and educational meetings Friday at 12 EDT
• Psychiatrist holds a weekly 1-hour supervision and collaboration meeting with NPs
• Psychiatrist participated in a 1-hour Wednesday group meeting with NP supervisor
• Psychiatrist will see patients daily for both in-take and follow-up visits virtually with a goal of 42 patient visits per week
• Psychiatrist intake will be 45 minutes, with option for second intake scheduled at 45 minutes
• Psychiatrist will see follow-ups scheduled at either 25 or 45 minutes depending on patient’s psychotherapy care
• Psychiatrist will see patients 18 and up for regular OP needs
• Psychiatrist review documentation, discharge, review patient complaints, or escalations from clinical ops
• Psychiatrists schedule will start with more direct care focus for 3 months, and assume the described admin duties after training
• Psychiatrist will offer holistic, person-centered care
• Psychiatrist reports to Medical Director

Virtual, Remote Psychiatric Supervisor Requirements:

• Doctor in Medicine from an accredited school
• Completed Psychiatry residency program
• Active and in good standing license for at least on of the listed states: NY, NJ, CT, FL, MA as a Medical Doctor
• 4 years’ experience post Residency
• Board Certified Psychiatry
• Psychotherapy experience in CBT, DBT, evidence-based modalities
• Telemedicine experience

Virtual, Remote Psychiatric Supervisor Compensation:

• $250K - $325K
