JOB SUMMARY The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in all phases of a project, from planning, execution, through the end of the project.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Creates, manages, and updates project schedules.
Regulates flow of work related to project schedules within or between organizational units or businesses.
Reviews master schedule and work orders and establishes priorities.
Changes schedule according to projects, work order specifications, and availability or capability of workers, parts, material, machines, and equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 1 – 2 years of experience in developing/managing/maintaining project schedules, required.
HS diploma or GED, required.
Two-year Associates degree, preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
MS Projects experience, required.
Oracle software experience, a plus.
MS Office Suite experience, required (preferably Excel, 365, PPT, Word).
Manufacturing background, preferred.
