Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Pricing Manager in Arlington, VA. Duties Include:

  • Pricing Manager will set, monitor and optimize pricing, packaging and sales guidelines and related a wide-ranging set of products and services for a world-class company that is forecasting significant growth over the next few years
  • Support our product migration program including analysis, program management and communication for this critical initiative
  • Use deep quantitative analysis and tools to monitor pricing and make suggestions for improvement and optimization
  • Maintain a set of pricing analytics to monitor pricing KPIs including ASP, discounting, and promotional pricing
  • Ensure compliance with pricing policies, including monitoring accuracy, understanding drivers of variances and suggesting new policies that drive business objectives
  • As a Pricing Manager, you will collaborate with strategy teams to help understand pricing components of new and existing products
  • Recommend pricing and bundling strategies that will drive measurable improvements in win rate and average selling price
  • Become an expert on data that informs pricing performance including sales, usage, and deal desk
  • Monitor competitive developments to determine changes or needs for our pricing strategies
  • Support technology optimization to both monitor product performance and help end users effectively price deals

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of finance experience
  • Experience creating pricing strategies that drive growth in a B2B/Enterprise software company; Consulting experience a plus
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills; Deep Excel experience is a must have
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal/presentation form
  • Ability to communicate effectively with collaborators and stakeholders of different levels, including executive management

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
