About the Job: MS Dynamics CRM Consultant

Are you passionate about driving customer relationship management innovation and leading transformative projects? Join our dynamic consulting team as a CRM Consultant! We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in MS Dynamics 365 CE implementation and a strong background in integration with contact center technologies, including IVR and Chatbot systems. This role will involve strategic consulting, process optimization, and system integration to drive successful transformation projects for our clients in the Mobility and Transit industry.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Consulting:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges in customer relationship management.
  • Devise tailored strategies to drive process improvements and operational efficiency in CRM systems.
  • Ensure alignment of CRM processes with business goals.


MS Dynamics 365 CE Implementation:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects, focusing on customer engagement and experience.
  • Ensure seamless integration with contact center technologies, such as IVR and Chatbot systems.


Workshops & Documentation:

  • Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and develop comprehensive functional specifications.
  • Create detailed test scripts and documentation to support implementation efforts.


Data Migration & Integration:

  • Oversee data migration activities and facilitate smooth integration with various systems, ensuring data integrity and system interoperability.


Change Management:

  • Drive organizational change by providing training, support, and guidance to stakeholders.
  • Enable smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in MS Dynamics 365 CE implementation within the Mobility and Transit industry.
  • Strong expertise in integration with contact center technologies, including IVR and Chatbot systems.
  • Proficiency in conducting workshops, creating documentation, and developing functional specifications and test scripts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
