Reporting organizationally to the Director Event Technology and Operations, the Cloud and Endpoint manager will be a key member of the FIFA26 Technology team, and work in close collaboration with the Technology teams based in Canada, Mexico and Zurich and other key individuals responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of critical infrastructure prior and during the tournament. This position involves managing service activities and overseeing end-to-end printer management across various venues and facilities.

Description

This position involves managing service activities and overseeing end-to-end printer management across various venues and facilities.
THE POSITION
The main responsibilities and oversights of the Cloud and Endpoint Manager for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:
- Install, configure, maintain, monitor, and continuously optimize solutions in the area of Endpoint Management, Microsoft 365 platform and other cloud related technologies, for FIFA’s corporate and event environments.
- Designing, building and managing securely end user device infrastructure.
- End to end administration of endpoint management platforms
- Providing 3rd level support for areas under responsibility, by responding to incidents and service requests
- Define and documenting best practices and strategies in your area responsibilities.
- Collaborate across teams to identify and implement the most optimal solutions.
- In depth understanding of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune
- Experience managing MacOS in a corporate environment. Knowledge about Jamf Pro is a must.
- Expertise in using Intune to manage IOS and Android devices.
- Extensive hands-on experience managing all aspects of windows 10/11 enterprise.
- Proficiency with PowerShell scripting/automation.
- Strong knowledge managing Microsoft 365 workloads (ex. Exchange online, Teams etc)
- Good understanding of VOIP services
- Ability to anticipate, identify and define problems, as well as excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent planning, documentation, and organizational skills
- University degree or similar higher education, in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 8 years overall IT experience and minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in the Sports / major event industry is a desirable
- Proven track record of successful delivery of complex IT projects
- Technical background as Microsoft System Administrator or similar
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
