We are currently seeking a dynamic Life Sciences/HealthCare Fund Manager to spearhead our investment initiatives within these critical industries. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Investment Oversight: Develop and execute investment strategies that align with our fund’s goals. Manage a diversified portfolio to balance risk and enhance returns.
• Proactive Deal Sourcing: Utilize your industry connections and keen market insights to identify and evaluate new investment opportunities. Attend conferences and network extensively to discover potential deals.
• In-Depth Analysis and Due Diligence: Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential investments. Assess scientific validity, clinical data, financial health, and market potential of prospective portfolio companies. Negotiate and structure investment transactions, including equity investments, convertible notes and strategic partnerships; prepare investment memos and seek approval from the investment committee
• Portfolio Management: Provide strategic guidance to enhance growth and value within our portfolio companies. Engage directly in board meetings and advisory committees to drive success.
• Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of emerging trends and innovations in the life sciences sector. Share your insights widely to maintain our fund’s leadership and reputation in the industry.
  
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education and Experience: Advanced degree in life sciences, business, finance, or a related field, complemented by at least 10 years of professional experience in venture capital or private equity, specifically within life sciences.
• Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities, superior interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the life sciences industry dynamics, regulatory environments, and market trends.
