Telesis7 is looking for an ITSM Business Systems Analyst to join our team
If you are exceptional at writing requirements, job aids and other supporting documentation in the IT Service Management area, this role is for you.
As a BSA you will review, analyze, and evaluate information technology systems operations in the IT Service Management area.
Determine user needs and requirements and recommend ways to improve systems.
Serve as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.
Identify, document, report, and track system issues.
Support the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.
ITIL certification is a strong differentiator in this role.
- Experience with Cherwell/Ivanti
- Must have experience with Document Specifications, Customer Requirements Discussions, System function testing
