Your Role:
As the HR Manager, you will be at the heart of our organization, handling a wide range of responsibilities that are crucial to our success. Your key areas of focus will include:
  • Employee Relations: Be the go-to person for employees, fostering a positive and productive workplace.
  • Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Training & Development: Drive our training initiatives, helping employees grow and succeed.
  • Safety Programs: Promote and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Employee Recognition: Administer programs that celebrate and reward our team’s achievements.
  • Workplace Investigations: Handle investigations with integrity and professionalism.
  • Benefits Communication: Keep employees informed about their benefits and assist with leave administration and ADP processes.
  • Workers' Compensation & Unemployment Claims: Manage these processes efficiently and compassionately.
  • Staffing & Onboarding: Coordinate hiring, new hire processing, and orientation to ensure a smooth start for all new employees.
  • Performance Management & Compensation: Work closely with hiring managers to support performance reviews and compensation administration.
  • Recruitment & Retention Strategies: Develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Corporate Programs & Events: Organize company-wide events, including Benefits Open Enrollment.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously look for ways to improve our HR programs and processes, providing recommendations to the leadership team and CFO.
  • Vendor Partnerships: Collaborate with external vendors to ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.

Pay & Benefits
  • Pay Range: $75,000-$115,000 per year.
  • Competitive compensation package which includes a matching 401k plan, medical insurance and PTO.
