Our client is a communications agency looking to add a Group Account Director to their influencer marketing team! Reporting into their VP, this person will be responsible for leading client relationships and managing a team across an array of influencer marketing activations for global clients in the fashion, beauty, luxury and lifestyle sectors.
Responsibilities:
Build and drive the creation of creative Influencer proposals.
Drive client happiness, retention, and growth KPIs.
Provides superior client service, acts as a point of contact, managing client escalations.
and escalates issues as appropriate.
Provide on-set/on-location leadership, in interactions with client leads and talent
Oversee campaign execution in its entirety for specific campaigns.
Provide high-level strategic guidance and partnership to teams.
Support strategy director to monitor for wider trends and ensuring synergies and alignment.
Work with the finance department
Identify opportunities for scope of work expansions.
Assists in development of expansion proposals and approach with pitching to client stakeholders.
Works with the leadership team to innovate new strategy, tactics and efficiencies.
Requirements:
Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in a digital marketing agency.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience in influencer and creator marketing and have an established network of talent representative contacts.
