Family Support Specialist (Short Hours)

Description

  • Monitoring and charting patient interactions including interactions with patients and their children, their families, and members of the community.
  • Assisting with recreational, daily living activities, and child care activities.
  • Monitoring, observation and documentation of medication.
  • Transporting patients and program participants as needed.
  • Submit incident reports as needed.
  • Ensure the living environment is safe and clean by promoting patient daily chores.
  • Enforce Program rules and infant/child/toddler safety rules.
  • Conduct safety checks of patients and their infants regularly throughout shift.
  • Provide administrative support as required.
  • Provide support, encouragement and guidance as needed for new moms.

Education And Experience

  • High School completed with minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (required).
  • Valid Florida Driver's License.
  • Must be able to pass background and drug screen prior to start date.

Job Type: Non-Exempt.

Schedule: 12am-8:30am, every weekend.
