Monitoring and charting patient interactions including interactions with patients and their children, their families, and members of the community.
Assisting with recreational, daily living activities, and child care activities.
Monitoring, observation and documentation of medication.
Transporting patients and program participants as needed.
Submit incident reports as needed.
Ensure the living environment is safe and clean by promoting patient daily chores.
Enforce Program rules and infant/child/toddler safety rules.
Conduct safety checks of patients and their infants regularly throughout shift.
Provide administrative support as required.
Provide support, encouragement and guidance as needed for new moms.
Education And Experience
High School completed with minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (required).
Valid Florida Driver's License.
Must be able to pass background and drug screen prior to start date.
Job Type: Non-Exempt.
Schedule: 12am-8:30am, every weekend.
