The Sage Group’s Client, a highly sought after employer and multinational technology company that specializes in Internet-related services and products - including online advertising technologies, cloud computing, software and hardware is looking for an Ecommerce Partner Marketing Manager


The Ecommerce Partner Marketing Manager will be the aid in aligning executions between our client’s marketing agency and partner sales team, while executing site marketing, search & display strategy to hit the revenue targets across the Mobile, Hearables, Wearables and Tablets portfolios. This role will support the end to end project management of marketing initiatives across Amazon, facilitate promo creative & optimization plans. This role will aid their manager in planning, executions, budget oversight and overall tracking of performance.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Aid manager in flawless product launch and promotional campaign execution via project management of timelines, creative deliverables and advertising media. Includes cross functional partnerships with sales, product, finance and our client’s ecommerce agency.
  • For Search: product catalog management SEO score card management of share of voice & keyword competition
  • For Advertising & Media: design, target and optimize AMS and DSP campaigns manage budget allocation to achieve ROAS goals measure conversion funnel metrics and profitability
  • For Site merchandising: Make required updates to all consumer touchpoints for assigned categories for major promotions or new product launches (i.e. Brand Store, PDP pages, etc.) and manage updates to existing product pages.
  • From weekly campaign reports (status summary) post campaign reporting, optimize performance & competitive assessment accordingly with manager and team. Work with Retail Analytics team to plan and track ROI of marketing executions to assess effectiveness. Channeling sales, traffic & industry data on spend optimization.
  • Liaise with partners at management level, follow up & manage initiatives with a focus on timeliness and efficiency.
  • Aid in the transition to a new marketing agency, assisted by your specialization and expertise in Amazon Ads and media network. Ensure management of all marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional plans are seamlessly integrated to new agency.
  • Support a team budget with forecasting & execution, including SOWs, POs, invoices, and flagging any budget risks. Responsible for building and implementing project management infrastructure with the team and tools to complement the above.


Skills/Experience/Education:


  • 4-6 years of experience in digital or Ecommerce marketing, experience with Amazon is a must.
  • Strong working knowledge of marketplace models: 1p vs 3p listings, buy box, etc.
  • Content management experience on major e-tailer websites via Amazon Vendor Central
  • Experience with Amazon Brand Store and comparable tools with other e-tailers
  • Balance of executing both tactical and strategic work, especially troubleshooting and resolving issues related to shared product listings, partner data feeds, vendor catalogs and self service ticketing platforms
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and initiatives/projects across multiple product lines simultaneously. Strong project management capabilities.
  • Ideal candidate will be highly organized, an effective communicator, and a self-starter.
  • Demonstrated thought-leadership and relationship building / management with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Experience managing integrated communications and account/client relationship management.
  • Budget/billing reconciliation experience


Duration: 6 Months/ opportunity to extend

Location: Remote, USA

Compensation: $45 - $55/hr
