We are looking for a full-time, experienced and self-motivated Ecommerce Analyst to join our Ecommerce Department Team to be responsible for the analytical and recommendation functions pertaining to all E-Commerce accounts in the execution of the company’s online sales and marketing initiatives.



Hampton Products, located in south Orange County, CA, is a privately-owned, middle-market branded consumer products designer, developer, and marketer of innovative products in the security hardware, decorative hardware, storm and screen door hardware, and automotive accessories categories.


What you will do:

  • Collaborate with Director and Sales Manager to achieve profitable online sales growth across all e-commerce platforms.
  • Execute the implementation of best-in-class ecommerce strategies by brand and customer, as determined in collaborations with Director and Sales Manager.
  • Perform Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly POS Analysis, provide results and recommendations based on findings.
  • Analyze advertising campaigns and provide recommendations to achieve KPI targets.
  • Conduct profitability analyzes of online promotions (prime-day, Black Friday, lighting deals etc.) and present recommendations as needed.
  • Conduct quarterly Market and Competitor analyzes and present recommendations based on findings.
  • Collaborate with Sales Lead and Marketing Managers to execute content and new product road maps.
  • Perform Quarterly Optimization Audit including, but not limited to product title, bullets, digital assets (A Content, in-use, lifestyle, videos and infographics). Present findings and recommendations.
  • Lead bi-annual “Drive for 5” Voice of the Customer (VOC) analysis.
  • Collaborate with Sales Manager in analyzing 1P vs 3P viability for all items.
  • Maintain Buy-box ownership through (Minimum Advertised Price) MAP enforcement with 3rd party tool.

Collaborate with PR Agency as Hampton Lead on Levanta campaigns.


What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Communications, Finance, Economics or Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) from a four-year College or university and one year of Ecommerce experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • One year of analytics experience in a consumer goods environment, preferred.
  • Knowledge of E-Commerce best practices and disciplines.
  • Knowledge of the inner workings of Hampton systems is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, less structured environment.
  • Ability to successfully manage others without direct authority over them.
