Clinical Education Contractor -- Remote | WFH

The Position

We are seeking a Clinical Education Contractor to provide clinical education and support for our infant abduction prevention system. In this role, you will demonstrate our systems to end users in both clinical and security departments. You will also coordinate the "go live" process with installers, salespersons, and customers, documenting activities and making follow-up recommendations. Additionally, you will address customer issues and serve as a liaison between the customer and the Account Executive or Technical Support when appropriate.

Core Responsibilities

Conduct training for hospital staff on our security systems.

Document activities for follow-up during the "go-live" training.

Report customer issues to the appropriate leader.

Support the Director of Clinical Education when needed.

Qualifications

Active or retired nurse with OB and/or Nursery experience.

Minimum of 5-10 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to problem solve on site and effectively handle customer concerns and requests.

Willingness to travel overnight at least 50% of the time during weekdays.
