Business Systems Analyst

This is a great opportunity for a strong Business Systems Analyst professional to work with various business and technical teams within a highly collaborative systems team for a large, established organization in the Indianapolis area. This role will focus on gathering and documenting business and technical requirements for various core organizational systems. For anyone with a strong Business Systems Analysis experience, this is a great opportunity.

• Must have 5 years' experience in a Business Systems Analyst role
• Must have experience documenting business and technical requirements
• Must have experience with process documentation, user stories, and diagramming
• Must be able to lead requirements gathering sessions
• Experience with Confluence and Jira is ideal
• Experience with flowcharts is ideal
• Must have experience developing user stories, documenting process flows and/or other standard documentation is required
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be collaborative and be able to work well across various teams
• Must be detail oriented and have strong problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work well with executives as well as all levels of an organization in a professional manner
• Insurance experience ideal
