Salary: Up to $30/hr
Job Duties:
Communicate with hospitals and referral resources for seamless admissions
Assist in resolving operational issues affecting admissions
Support marketing efforts to increase referrals and admissions
Educate visitors on resident care procedures and policies
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals and community organizations
Ensure accurate financial verification before admission
Stay updated on Medicare/Medicaid/Managed Care reimbursement processes
Report monthly statistics to the team
Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge of Medicare requirements and insurance providers
Familiarity with EMR software systems
Understanding of CMS guidelines and DOH regulations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred: Relationships with local hospitals
