Job Summary:

In this position Senior Talent Partner is the excellent driver and executor of comprehensive and effective talent management strategies ensuring CCBV as the organization possesses diverse people, skills and capabilities required for business success at the same time positively impacting our ability to attract, develop, and retain talent.

Key Responsibility:

1 - Strategy and Change

  • Contribute to the enterprise-wide fit for purpose strategies and change efforts to ensure that the & development agenda is in alignment with business.
  • Stay current with the latest research-based insights, industry best practices, development and engagement external trends to contribute to bring new perspectives to development strategies.

2 - Talent Management

  • Execute the overall annual strategy in partnership with HRBP and Learning & Leadership including assessment, planning, development plan execution for the targeted population including trainees and existing's.
  • Annual/ Bi-annual Review: Provide support for the review meetings on progress tracking, analytics, KPI metrics, and insights to inform company-wide investments and initiatives around development.
  • Create communication plans, including writing of organizational communications to ensure the process is well acknowledge across CCBV.
  • Drive change together with & Manager to plan, organize, and facilitate employee development and training events for related processes and initiatives.
  • Support in the design of new program to build bench strength supporting CCBV growth.
  • Partnering with EB team in the design, development, and implementation of Coke on Campus to attract young s to CCBV.
  • Contribute to design, implement, and manages Career Development Blueprint and Framework to include the development of job content and career maps, integration of functional skills, development of organizational readiness plans for successful implementation.

3 - Performance Management

  • Constantly propose enhanced process initiatives in response to changing business needs and priorities as well as external benchmarking developments to support the high-performing culture.
  • Participating in and leading various initiatives, including but not limited to, the development of training materials, practices, communication materials, and delivery of the training/ workshops.
  • Monitor and track the participation and completion rate of related processes to ensure utmost compliance to the policy/ procedure.

4 - System and reporting

  • Become an expert on the system/s supporting and maintain data within SuccessFactors system
  • Initiate change/ upgrade of -related modules on SF to ensure best employee experiences and admin experience
  • Perform regular reporting and dashboard creation regarding and and generate insights for better decision making.

2) Requirements:

  • University/bachelor’s degree
  • Must have 5 years’ experience in human resources, 2-3 years in developing and/or implementing and delivering related and development programs.
  • Progressive experience in a similar role within HR industry; excellent industry awareness and understanding of the technical and behavioral development needs of the organization.
  • Highly focused on delivering excellent customer service, being self-driven, and developing effective relationships throughout the organization.
  • Research skills and project.
  • Advanced English skills (in 4 skills)
  • Experience with SuccessFactors as a plus.
