Sales & Accounts Administration Supervisor

Sales & Accounts Administration Supervisor required in Bridgend.

Starting salary up to £30-35,000 per annum based on experience and current earnings.

40 hours per week; Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Opportunity to work for a multi-award-winning car dealer group operating for over 50 years.A rare opportunity has become available for a Sales & Accounts Administration Supervisor to join our client’s franchise-approved car dealership in Bridgend.

Reporting to the Management Accountant & Finance Director, you will lead a friendly sales administration team of 9 people, made up of 4 Sales Administrators, and 5 Accounts Assistants, as a Sales & Accounts Administration Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a team that will be providing pro-active support to our client's Sales Managers in the function of processing sales to the point of delivery along with ensuring all accounts duties are completely in an accurate yet timely nature. A key part of this role will be to host frequent 1-2-1s/reviews with your team to ensure they are happy within work and to discuss their recent performance.

The successful Sales & Accounts Administration Supervisor would be able to deliver the very highest level of administrative support through strong communication skills and very strong organisational skills along with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and DMS systems (Keyloop preferable). Current or recent experience working as a Vehicle Sales Administrator/Accounts Assistant or a Team Leader within a similar automotive administration-orientated role is mandatory for our client at this stage.
