Product Owner @ Smart Factory

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our dynamic development team. As a Product Owner, you will play a key role collaborating with the people Business Unit, forming a strong partnership to conceptualize and craft cutting-edge Digital Products.

Your responsibilities:

• Identify & Streamline Business Operations: Anticipate business needs, proposing innovative solutions to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency for both business teams and employees;
• Align Stakeholders with Product Vision: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to build the products’ vision, goals, and objectives;
• Prioritize Features Strategically: Evaluate and prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and demand;
• Manage Stakeholder Expectations: Maintain clear transparency and provide consistent visibility on the roadmap, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed;
• Strategically Refine Product Backlog: Prioritize the product backlog to ensure it accurately reflects evolving business needs.
  
  

Your skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience);
• At least 3 years experience.
• Proven Product Ownership: Demonstrated expertise as a Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role within a software development environment;
• Experience in business analysis, translating business needs into feasible solutions, in collaboration with the technical team;
• Excellent organizational and project management skills;
• Experience leading Low-Code implementation initiatives (preferred Mendix) is a good plus;
• A deep understanding of agile methodologies and adeptness in navigating the intricacies of product development processes;
• Familiarity with utilizing software development tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent platforms;
• Experience in functional testing and usability testing is a good plus;
• Having an outcome-driven approach to problem-solving;
• Be a great communicator;
• Fluency in English (German is a plus).
