Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data that influences strategic decisions across our global operations. You will be at the forefront of extracting insights from complex data sets, utilizing advanced analytics tools like Excel and Power BI for dashboarding and reporting. This position involves close collaboration with our teams in China and other countries, requiring effective communication in English.

• Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions using Excel and Power BI.
• Perform data mining and analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights, driving business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the globe, including China, to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions that address complex business challenges.
• Enhance and streamline processes for data extraction, analysis, and visualization to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Optional: Leverage ServiceNow for integrating and automating workflow processes to enhance data management and reporting capabilities.
  
  

• A relevant Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within a large international organization.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis, visualization, and dashboarding.
• Experience with ServiceNow is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are essential for coordinating with our international teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to collaborate with global teams across different time zones.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
