Objective: Responsible to support the BG HR for the development and implementation of effective HR strategies, to assure the optimal delivery of HR support to Business vertical.
Key Deliverables:
HR Strategic Plans: Implementation of HR strategic plans with direction from BGHR & Corporate HR, ensuring that skills and competencies of employees meet requirements for current business needs and future goals. As a member of the HR team, develop comprehensive long-term HR plans to optimize talent retention and acquisition.
Manpower Budget: Prepare and keep a control of manpower budget, update organograms.
Talent Acquisition: Responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates as per budget & business need. Vendor development. Design and update job descriptions. Build a resilient pipeline of candidates for all roles.
Talent Engagement: Create and facilitate high involvement workforce allowing employee input into decision-making process affecting their jobs, functions and departments. Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
Talent Development: Work closely with learning & development team to Identify training needs & ensure individual development plans are aligned with the business.
Performance Management: Consult with Business unit leaders on performance improvement needs of the verticals. Direct and monitor performance appraisal process.
Career Development: Lead the implementation, delivery and coordination of the career development process/system that increase the performance capability of individual contributors and teams.
Onboarding and Retention: Ensure the effective and efficient integration of employee through recruiting and selection strategies, relocation and orientation programs. Work closely with team to conduct organization assessment and planning and forecasting to ensure adequate staffing. Ensure effective talent retention strategies are developed and implemented in line with Succession planning needs.
Management: Co create solutions with stakeholders that impact business results. Identify & develop new organizational capabilities to succeed in the new economy.

Qualifications:
