The primary purpose of this role is to help align an organization’s people strategy with its business strategy. Be a people champion, change agent and a strategic partner for the business & works on setting priorities, driving values, and delivering business results.
Develop deep relationships and build trust with key stakeholders to provide thought leadership on people-related strategies.
Understand the nuances of our company culture, and work on defining and delivering a culture of continuous engagement mindset in collaboration with Lead HRBP
Develop comprehensive retention plans to meet the continuous human capital needs in alignment with the Long-Range Planning
Guide on how to appropriately manage and resolve complex people issues like performance management, rewards, and recognition, conflict management, etc.
Utilize people metrics to drive key insights and decisions around engagement and retention
Continuously guide and support teams on driving customized approach to people issues based on SBU, still maintaining parity at an organization level
Collaborate with the Business / Functions to drive employee engagement strategy for their respective teams
Collaborate with the other HR functions to deliver Business value to the LOBs managed by the individual
Desired Qualification & Skills
MBA/ PGDM with specialization in Human Resources
Minimum 3 years HR experience as a HRBP in a high-growth, fast-paced organization
HR experience in a start-up or high growth company will be an added advantage
Experience in Tech or BFSI will be an added advantage
Project management skills with an ability to design and implement people strategies that align and drive business results
Ability to influence and advise executive leadership on talent and people related matters
Understands people data analytics to influence organizational decisions
