Position Summary:

The purpose of the role is strategizing and implementing a sales, marketing & service plans that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in Domestic & International markets. The role requires recruiting, motivating, objective settings, coaching and performance monitoring of the team for achieving the desired sales.

Work You’ll Do:

  • Leads the efficient and effective delivery of the goals and objectives of the organization and ensures their delivery according to the business plan within the approved annual budget.
  • Responsible to achieve Top Line (Revenue) & Bottom Line (Profitability) as per the Annual Operating Plan and exhibit organizational ownership as being part of core team member.
  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for the products.
  • Identify & evaluate the market intelligence data pertaining to product, competitor & industry for planning business strategy for domestic & international markets.
  • Develops and implements domestic & international marketing strategy for long term sustainable growth and market reach.
  • To identify, evaluate and implement business development strategies for domestic and international business by tracking the business environment, technology trends, competitor product analysis and generate in-roads for the company into non-traditional / new market segments.
  • Provides market insights for new product development and thereby ensures strategic market advantage to Milacron.
  • Responsible for effective after sales & service strategies to achieve customer satisfaction and delight.
  • Training & Development of the sales & service leadership team in Domestic & International market.
  • Engage with existing customers, industry associations & external stakeholders to build company brand image.

Team:

This role shall head the Sales & Service function for Injection & Extrusion business for the Domestic and International markets.

Basic Qualifications:

Overall 20 - 25 years of experience with at least 8-10 years’ senior level experience of management of people and resources with education background of B.E / B.Tech in Engineering and Masters in Business Administration.
