We are partnered with a leading global financial institution who is currently expanding their US HRIS team. They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Workday HRIS Analyst to join the collaborative and growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain Workday modules related to HR functions, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with organizational policies.
Testing: Conduct thorough testing of system configurations and updates to ensure accuracy and functionality.
End-User Support: Provide exceptional support to global end-users by troubleshooting issues, offering solutions, and delivering training as needed.
Reporting and Dashboards: Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights to HR and management teams.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations and enhancements.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations, and implement best practices to enhance HRIS efficiency.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of five years of HRIS experience, with at least three years working specifically with Workday. Experience in global banking or financial services environments is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring, testing, and maintaining Workday modules such as absence management, time tracking, benefits, and payroll.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with end-users and stakeholders at all levels.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work remote from Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, or Washington D.C.
