We are on the lookout for an experienced engineering leader with a robust background in product environments and proven expertise in delivering scalable SaaS products to a broad user base. This role specifically involves leading of common “platform” services such as user management, eligibility, release flagging, observability, dev frameworks, CI/CD pipeline management.
It involves driving a high-performing team to build and drive centralized services across our product portfolio.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Software Development Lifecycle: Experience operating at different levels across the entire software development lifecycle.
Partnerships and Influence: Skilled in creating strong partnerships, influencing stakeholders, and driving business outcomes across data, product, marketing, and sales.
Learning and Application: Ability to independently research and learn new technologies and business processes and apply them as needed.
Leadership and Collaboration: Passion for facilitative leadership, collaboration, and leading teams across boundaries.
How You Will Lead:
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on strategy, prioritization, and feature delivery.
Team Support: Work with Engineering Managers to remove roadblocks, review roadmaps, articulate business outcomes, and establish measures of success.

Qualifications:
Education: Minimum BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering; MS degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
Professional Experience: 10 years of professional development and engineering experience.
Leadership Experience: Leadership experience in the retail sector, preferably in SaaS or supply chain domains, and experience especially managing and leading centralized platform services for SaaS companies.
Global Interaction: International professional experience with senior stakeholders globally.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Desire to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Results Delivery: Ability to consistently deliver exceptional results on demanding timelines.
