Kaeppel Consulting is seeking a highly skilled User Experience Consultant/UX Consultant with solid experience in customer design and Sprint Design Methodologies developed at Google. The ideal candidate will be familiar with and able to develop Service Blueprints to enhance customer experiences. This is a fully remote, temporary gig with the potential for future opportunities based on performance and project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver exceptional user experiences
Utilize Google Sprint Design Methodologies to rapidly prototype and test solutions
Develop detailed Service Blueprints to map out and optimize the customer journey
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure designs meet business objectives and user needs
Present design concepts and solutions to clients and internal teams
Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders
Ensure that all designs comply with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer design and UX methodologies
Expertise in Google Sprint Design Methodologies
Strong ability to develop Service Blueprints
Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred but not required
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in an Agile environment
Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
