The Role:

Our client is actively seeking to attract experienced Risk Takers who have a specialty in Systematic Volatility strategies across Equities Options markets specifically. As a crucial member of this world-class group of systematic investment risk takers, you'll be given the autonomy to manage significant capital allocation and the responsibility to maintain uncompromised risk oversight across all active portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently govern a substantial capital allocation, establishing and implementing Systematic Volatility strategies.
• Construct bespoke portfolios rooted in rigorous data-centric trading strategies, ensuring they stand distinct from conventional capital market strategies.
• Continual curation of research, back-testing trading methods, and innovatively identifying fresh alpha sources, ensuring these signals stand out in the market.
• Employ a rigorous volatility control framework, integrating varied alpha sources.
• Engage productively within a global framework, consistently contributing and extracting knowledge to/from the team's vast expertise reservoir.

Requirements:

• A proven portfolio showcasing expertise in Systematic Volatility strategies with a compelling Sharpe Ratio of over 2.5-3.0.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in portfolio management, ideally within a distinguished hedge fund/prop trading environment.
• Adept in Python programming, possessing advanced quantitative skills for data analysis, pattern recognition, and intuitive portfolio construction techniques techniques.
• A deep understanding of the chosen asset class (SS, Index, ETF Options), with the proficiency to construct a comprehensive systematic signal generation infrastructure with limited human oversight.
• Possess humility, an eagerness to grow within a global collaborative space, and an innate drive to learn from fellow professionals.
• Exceptional decision-making ability, demonstrating resilience under high-pressure scenarios.
