Primary Purpose
AHF Products has a great career opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator located at our Crossville, TN facility. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for the processing of purchase orders of outsourced finished goods, communicating the status of orders with internal departments and branches, maintenance of inventory levels at DC’s and branch warehouses, and working with domestic suppliers.
EXPECTED WORK HOURS: 7:30am- 4:30pm
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:
Create and maintain purchase orders in the AS400 and Dancik for outsourced finished goods products from Crossville’s suppliers
Responsible for ordering restock material for Crossville’s finished goods for Crossville’s branch locations and DC’s and keeping restock at an acceptable level
Responsible for processing order confirmations, updating status codes in purchase orders, obtaining tracking information for shipments, and maintaining shipping and ETA’s dates in AS400 and Dancik
Handle communication with suppliers concerning availability, production ETA’s, and shipment of purchase orders
Maintain availability dates in AS400 and Dancik systems for Customer Service and Branch locations
Communicates with Sales Teams, Customer Service reps, and Operations teams on order status, special shipment requests, stock checks, and product lead times
Manage direct ship orders and ensure they get closed out once material is shipped
Work with branches on any air freight shipments that need to be arranged to expedite material
Collaborates with the Product Development team when purchasing materials for new product launches for Studios materials

Qualifications
Highschool Diploma
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
2 - 5 years’ experience in purchasing or related experience
Must be able to successfully complete and pass a background check, employment verification and drug screening
Positive and Verifiable Work History
Must follow safety guidelines and wear applicable safety equipment, e.g., safety glasses, side shields, approved safety shoes, and other PPE as needed
