Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Onsite QA Manager with a strong focus on account management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes while also managing key client accounts. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and that our QA standards are consistently met.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and objectives; ensure they are met and exceeded.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding project statuses, issues, and resolutions.
  • Supervise and guide QA team members, including setting clear objectives and providing regular feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve QA issues promptly.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights that drive quality improvement initiatives.


Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role, specifically focused on API testing.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Postman, SoapUI, REST Assured, etc.
  • Solid understanding of API technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.) and web services.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience integrating automated tests into CI workflows.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proven experience as a QA manager or relevant role.
  • Strong background in account management or client-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
