Senior Integrated Campaign Manager, Global

The Integrated Campaign Manager is responsible for developing and executing global brand campaigns, driving internal alignment, ensuring governance for brand activations, and collaborating with regional teams, key internal stakeholders, and partners on content and campaign strategies. This role is responsible for consistently championing the ResMed brand globally working closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to drive the vision for the brand as a value driver at ResMed.

  • Develop and lead the global strategy for brand campaigns, overseeing strategy, planning, execution, and performance.
  • Gather data, formulate insights, and identify strategic brand opportunities to impact the business and drive growth.
  • Work cross-functionally to collect relevant inputs and opinions, providing analysis to inform commercial audience strategy.
  • Analyze cultural trends and key audience behaviors to craft briefs and campaigns that drive growth, build positive audience affinity and grow mindshare.
  • Partner with the Creative team to bring brand strategies, insights, and target audience personas to life through compelling content and visuals.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to define and build measurement plans, identify success drivers, and continuously optimize for efficiency and scalability.
  • Interface and collaborate with the Customer Experience team to stay in tune with industry trends and insights to be used for campaigns and drive future research (e.g. brand perception or association)
  • Manage campaign budgets, allocating funds to different aspects of the campaign, monitoring spending, and making adjustments as needed to stay within budget.
  • Communicate campaign strategies, metrics and results to build alignment across the organization.
  • Champion and enforce brand integrity across all campaigns and concepts, ensuring authenticity and alignment with audience interests.
  • Champion internal branding ambassadors to foster a culture of brand advocacy and ensure consistent brand messaging throughout the organization.

Required:


  • 7 years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in a global context.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with creative teams and providing constructive feedback to align creative outputs with strategic goals.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, and familiarity with performance metrics and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.


Preferred:


  • Experience in the tech, start-up, or consumer industry.
  • Familiarity with global markets and the ability to adapt strategies to different cultural contexts.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Innovative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends and best practices.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is:

146,000.00 - 220,000.00 USD Annual
