Location: Remote – USA

The Role: The Senior Director of product will be responsible for leading the Company’s process innovation strategy, including developing and executing strategic plans, managing internal stakeholders and delivering high-quality optimization outcomes to the organization. The ideal candidate will have a understanding of intelligent automation technologies, such as digital process automation (DPA), artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML), as well as experience leading and managing successful projects. The successful candidate will interact significantly with members of the senior leadership team, key business functions including Product and Technology, and the Board of Directors.

Your Day:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Provide visionary leadership in identifying and implementing optimizations, enhancements and solutions.
  • Collaborate with business, product, technology partners on automation development and adoption sequencing to create positive business outcomes that align with the enterprise’s product and platform development prioritization.
  • Partner with business leaders including product and technology to shape the Company’s development roadmaps that effectively incorporate automation, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
  • Lead deployment teams to scope, plan, execute and deliver expected outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest automation advancements to apply within the organization.
  • Manage and deliver project communications to internal project teams as well as executive leadership and corporate sponsors.
  • Have other duties as assigned.


You’ll be successful if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field; Advanced degree preferred
  • 7 years of experience in healthcare technology product management (Revenue Cycle preferred)
  • 3 years of experience leading and managing teams
  • Proven track record of success in delivering value creation
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to create and test complex business models independently and QA own work and work from associates
  • Strong writing skills in both long-form and short-form to both internal and external parties
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; the ability to work with cross-functional teams productively is required - tactfully working through competing priorities is critical
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to apply theoretical concepts and best practices to solve business problems
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • A high degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
  • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.


It would be great if you also have:

  • Past experience working in Revenue Cycle

  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.
