We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Administrator to join our B2B Sales team covering the US, Canada and Latin America. The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations by handling various operational and administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth flow of sales processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Executive Director, Americas.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with Sales Directors to identify and track all prospects and sales funnel stages.
Collaborate with Sales Directors to input and update deal information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Verify the accuracy of contact information, including company information, email addresses, and phone numbers in CRM.
Generate purchase agreements accurately and efficiently based on proposed deals and contracts.
Ensure all necessary terms and conditions are included in the purchase agreements in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain approvals and signatures for purchase agreements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving ability.
Desired Skills
Experience in sales analysis and business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
