We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Manager to lead and oversee our sales team's transactions and operations. As a key member of our team, you will ensure seamless transaction processes while supporting our sales agents in delivering exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all real estate transactions for our sales teams.
Ensure compliance with required disclosures in accordance with California regulations.
Supervise the transaction coordination team to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
Provide guidance and support to sales agents throughout the transaction process.
Maintain organized records and adhere to critical timelines and deadlines.
Qualifications
Proven experience in people management and administrative roles.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in real estate transaction coordination.
Preference for a remote work environment in a dynamic, startup-like setting.
Familiarity with effective sales strategies is advantageous.
Nevada Real Estate Broker's License is preferred but not required.
