- Support business objectives by actively driving processes and identifying key issues related to customer processes.
- Provide day-to-day project management across all Implementation Services areas of responsibility. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. You will need to use your expertise in project management to deliver successful outcomes and meet the needs of each customer.
- Collaborate with the Ecommerce team to manage activities associated with customer E-Commerce integrations and marketplaces.
- Develop and implement sound and creative solutions for customer integrations, site surveys, B2B Ecommerce and procure to pay workflow, on-site warehouse management, technology use, and process issues in both Ecommerce and Business.
- Lead the Change Management process of Ecommerce Integrations from a business perspective.
- Manage customer implementation projects, solutions, and consignment inventories.
- Prepare proposals and conduct presentations to executive management levels at customer locations.
- Leverage technologies to provide sustainable process improvements.
- Monitor project performance post-implementation
- Collaborate with multiple teams and departments to implement best practices.
- Acts as administrator for managing and accepting customer connections to P2P platforms (ex. Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer)
- Tracks all work and resolutions in CRM
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
- Prior experience project managing a similar project related to P2P or O2C processes and technology integration
- Excellent customer service and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to establish working rapport with all levels of management, customers, corporate employees, and other branch personnel using proper phone etiquette and other effective interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and Understanding in Marketplace Applications i.e. – Ariba, Actian, GEP, Open Invoice, Open Text, Coupa etc.
- Additionally, you will need to be adaptable and able to think creatively to overcome any challenges that may arise during the implementation process.
