Essential Functions
Ability to perform all phases of the mixing operation including, but not limited to, knowledge of location and types of ingredients, measuring and weighing processes, reading and understanding batch tickers.
Has the knowledge and ability to make appropriate adjustments of water and yeast relative to temperature and humidity, without direct assistance and with minimal supervision.
Must be able to monitor the dough quality and identify problems and make necessary adjustments.
Assist in training new mixer operators and must stay up to date on new work methods and job procedures.
Assist in other work areas as directed by supervisor
Qualifications
High School of GED equivalent required.
Basic HACCP and GMP knowledge required.
