IT Support Administrator – Network & Infrastructure – Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Retail

Position is responsible for supporting, configuring, deploying and administering a variety of IT & Business Systems. .
Note: This is an on-site position in Novi, MI.

The Details
Support systems such as Azure Cloud, Windows Servers, Hyper V, O365 and network infrastructure.
Network administration consist of SD-WAN, firewalls, routers, switches and monitoring tools.
Experience with systems like Intune, Ubiquiti and Aruba are preferred.
Provide on-site, remote, phone and client end user support.
Communicate w/ 3rd party vendor for support when needed.
Assist in resolving escalated Tier I issues.
Background preferred in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance or accounting industries preferred.
