Job Summary

We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and curious Investor Relations associateIntern to join our Finance Team and support our fundraising efforts.. This position will play a critical role in the preparation, launch and execution of the company's next fundraising round. This position involves collaborating with a core fundraising team composed of members of the executive leadership team and will collaborate cross functionally to collect data and insights across the organization that will be used for investor communications and marketing materials.

Essential Responsibilities

• Investor DataBase Management: Develop a comprehensive plan to revamp and update the investor database to ensure key details are included and tracked.
• Investor Research and Analysis: Support in building the investor funnel for the upcoming fundraise through investor research and analysis. Put together business scenarios for individual strategic targets. Source data for analysis and pitch materials.
• Conference and Event Support: Aid in event planning and logistics for events geared toward meeting with investors. Maintain the investor calendar.
• Content Collaboration and Creation: Collaborate with different departments to gather necessary information and ensure content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date. Assist in creating and updating investor marketing materials and investor newsletter content.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates most successful in this role typically hold the following qualifications or comparable knowledge or experience:

Required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Meet, Sheets, etc).
