JOB SUMMARY:

The recruiter will work closely with American Health Partners or affiliated entity recruitment support team to manage sourcing, interviewing, hiring and employment processes. This is a full-cycle recruitment role for two of our business divisions: TruHealth and Rehab America.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

To perform this job, an individual must accomplish each essential function satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Manage sourcing, interviewing, hiring and employment processes.

  • Oversee recruiting program, policies and procedures.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics.
  • Provide training to recruiters; advise on interviewing techniques.
  • Participate in job fairs and career events. Build strategic partnerships with universities.
  • Determine specific candidate needs and conduct intake calls with hiring managers.
  • Create/manage job posting advertisements, via various sites.
  • Source qualified candidates using targeted recruiting methods including job boards, networking, approved social media sites, software and referral programs.
  • Conduct reference checks as needed.
  • Schedule interviews and regular cadence calls with hiring managers.
  • Document as required within HRIS systems and established guidelines.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through the interview and orientation process by responding to and resolving all questions and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all phases of the recruitment and selection process comply with established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll departments to ensure hiring processes are complete; resolve related issues.
  • Complete all onboarding of candidates including backgrounds, equipment requests, license verification, I-9’s, and first day information.
  • Other duties as assigned.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience/results as a recruiter
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
  • Knowledgeable of various software applications, Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, as well as popular social media platforms, such as Indeed, Glassdoor, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter.
  • Knowledge of labor legislations, regulations and practices.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices to help meet organizational goals and objectives.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ethical and professional recruitment standards.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude in candidate sourcing.
  • Knowledgeable of techniques to identify future staffing needs and accurately assess and select the right candidates in the full life cycle of the recruitment process.
  • Build active and passive candidate pipelines for areas of focus.
  • Successful completion of required training.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively and with urgency.
  • Independent discretion/decision making.
  • Customer service oriented.


Required Computer Software/Equipment used:

  • Various operating systems
  • UKG – HR/ATS
  • Microsoft Suite applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years current and related professional recruiting experience.
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resource information systems (HRIS)
  • UltiPro/UKG and LinkedIn experience preferred.
  • Healthcare recruiting experience highly preferred
