General Superintendent - Mission Critical

I am currently working alongside a top 5 ENR GC in the US. They are putting a lot of resources into their Mission Critical Sector, and they are one of the largest GC's in this space. They are looking for a General Superintendents to lead the relationships of multiple hyperscale & Colo clients, while playing a key role in the companies strategy and help them continue to grow.

• Top ENR, 100% Employee Owned GC
• Have $20BN worth of pursuits across the States in the Advanced Technology Space and a secure backlog of work.
• Carry out some of the most advanced and largest projects in the US, up to $6BN.
• Work on Data Centers, Semi-Conductors, EV Battery Plants, Advanced Manufacturing and more.

• You can be located anywhere in the states and travel to site for this role.

Responsibilities

• You would play an integral part of their operations in North America as a General Superintendent, exclusively working on $100M Mission Critical projects .
• Lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control and a clean site on their large projects.
• Build relationships with the client and help manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Have a thorough understanding of project strategy and commitments including financial goals, scheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, inspections.
• Ensure that the inspections are approved, documented, and communicated to the project team.
• Build out the field team around you as you see fit.

Profile

• At least 15 years of experience as a Superintendent.
• Experience of working on $50M Advanced Technology projects.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Experience in managing superintendents and all trades on site with great communication skills as well as the training, developing and mentoring of others.
• Willing to Travel.
