What Will I Be Doing?
Work closely with at-risk youth and their families, utilizing the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) model
Conduct individual and family sessions within the community
Provide comprehensive case management to support the mental health and overall well-being of clients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and support

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment
Background in human services and a commitment to serving others is preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human services (master's preferred)
Child Mental Health experience required: 1 year with a master's degree; 2 years with a Human Services Bachelor's degree or 4 years with a non-Human Services Bachelor's degree
QP qualifications per NC standards
Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Certification preferred
Access to reliable transportation with adherence to all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, insurance, and driver’s license)
