Location Details: The preferred location of this job is in Dallas at our corporate office, however, working remotely may be considered for a uniquely qualified candidate.

Travel: There is approximately 15% travel required for this position.

Compensation: The standard pay range for this role is between $100,000-$120,000 plus the possibility of additional performance-based incentives.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY:

The Director of Sales – Club/Select Business Development will serve as BSN SPORTS’ foremost leader regarding Club/Select Business Development Sales. This role will lead a Sales Team of Business Development Representatives targeting Club/Select account regionally and will lead cross-functional company strategy on serving medium, large and enterprise organizations. He/she will be responsible for team and company sales targets and P/L. The ability to lead a team, manage a business unit, problem solve, make smart decisions and manage expectations of very important organizations on behalf of BSN SPORTS is crucial.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading and motivating staff to improve customer service with clients.
  • Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets.
  • Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
  • Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to build and target potential customers.
  • Working with customers to better understand their business needs and goals.
  • Assessing costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices.
  • Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products.
  • Establishing a sales training program to train new employees.
  • Meeting with sales managers to assess company performance.
  • Additional competencies include: sales leadership, P/L management, organizational skills, communication, technical capacity and training, collaboration skills, time management, personal credibility, and customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

  • A minimum of 5 years of management and/or sales leadership experience.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing best-practices.
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management Tools.
  • Strong comprehension of Customer Segmentation.
