The Digital Marketing Operations Specialist helps build and grow the Marketing system of Park Place Technologies, particularly with automation in mind. This role involves working with various Marketing stack technologies and seamlessly integrating them. Other responsibilities include creating and managing complex lifecycle digital campaigns, including SEO and website management considerations, and will work with our Sales and Marketing teams to drive leads.
What You’ll Be Doing
Work with Marketing and Sales to identify key touchpoints and communications within the sales cycle.
Create and update comprehensive lead-scoring system to identify qualified leads and automate email campaigns based on intent.
Expand upon existing marketing automation flows to increase leads and improve customer communications.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of Marketing campaigns, using various analytical tool (CRM, Google Analytics etc.)
Work with IT and cross-functional teams to integrate automated campaigns with internal CRM.
Identify, implement, and integrate new tools/technologies.
Develop marketing operations strategy to ensure all tools/technologies are being fully leveraged.
Develop playbook strategies for online chat bot..
If needed, conduct training sessions to introduce new tools/technologies to the sales team.
Develop and maintain Marketing Dashboard showing key marketing metrics and ROI.
Implement a robust attribution modeling strategy to get a clear view of marketing results and ROI.
Maintains specialty, industry and market knowledge.
Develops insights from analytics and shares across marketing and business colleagues.
Working knowledge of CRM systems e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Salesforce
Hands on experience with digital marketing channels such as PPC, organic search and display advertising is preferred.
Experience with Marketing automation tools, such as Marketo, Hubspot etc.
Strong project management skills.
Experience creating email marketing campaigns.
Experience testing and implementing a variety of Marketing technologies and software.
