The Candidate For This Position Will Be Responsible For
Assessing the viability of loan requests
Supervising and coaching Credit Analysts to ensure quality of work on spreading and analyzing financial statements
Analyzing and documenting risk components related to loan requests from customers
Ensuring conformity with Fidelity Bank lending policies
Staying abreast of underwriting guidelines, enhanced underwriting practices, and assisting in updated underwriting policies and procedures
Preparing loan approval reports and performing collateral reviews
Reviewing and recommending risk ratings
Assisting with monitoring loan covenants
Requirements For The Position Include
A Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
Commercial credit experience
Administrative, conceptual and supervisory skills
Analytical ability with excellent attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of competence regarding Microsoft Word and Excel
The ability to work late and/or flexible hours
Preferred Qualifications For This Position Include
Loan administration experience
