Gulfstream Staffing is partnered with a nationally recognized nonprofit mental health organization that has locations in five states. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Clinical Director opportunity at an established residential facility near Baltimore, MD. The Clinical Director is responsible for directing and supervising the management of clinical programming and directly related activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have experience in a residential setting pricing treatment to families and adolescents who are victims of trauma.

Clinical Director Responsibilities
Ensures supervisors and direct staff are properly skilled, trained, and receiving ongoing coaching
Ensure that the treatment provided remains consistent with current research and technology in the field
Directs the development and ongoing enhancement of individual treatment plans consistent with treatment philosophies & models
Participates in the budget development process and retains responsibility for the budget in the clinical area
Clinical Director Qualifications:
Master's Degree in a related discipline required
3 years of experience in a residential setting (preferably with youth and adolescents)
