We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee our financial operations and ensure the financial health of our organization. As CFO at IWC Innovation (company name omitted for confidentiality), you will play a crucial role in driving our financial planning, monitoring cash flow, and implementing strategies to enhance our overall financial stability.
Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations including accounting, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
Develop and manage the annual budget and forecasts, reporting significant deviations to management.
Conduct risk management analysis to optimize the organization's liabilities and investments.
Provide strategic financial analysis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
Collaborate with external auditors and facilitate annual audits.
Prepare quarterly and annual reports for regulatory filings.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Supervise finance personnel and manage vendor relationships.
Implement and maintain financial IT systems.
Establish and enforce accounting policies and procedures to minimize financial risk.
Collaborate with Human Resources to identify and address training needs.
Requirements
Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Officer, or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
Strong proficiency in data analysis and forecasting methods.
Experience with MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP).
Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in accounting principles.
CPA designation is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MBA/MSc is a plus.
Proficiency in accounting and tax preparation software.
3-5 Years Or More Of Related Experience Required.
CPA or CMA designation preferred.
